Shipping: Most candle orders from Northwest Soy Candle Company will be produced at the time of purchase to ensure the highest quality and best scent retention. For this reason, there may be a delay of one or several days after an order is placed before it is ready for shipment. If your order requires expedited service, such as a gift required by a specific date, please notify us during the order process, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to the nature of soy candle products, it is best if they do not sit in the sun for extended periods of time. Candles that are slightly misshapen due to melting in the sun will still generally burn ok, although it is better to avoid the problem altogether by ensuring that packages are not left on the porch/ in the mailbox for extended periods of time. We generally ship via USPS, so please plan accordingly. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Items that have been lit/ partially burned cannot be returned, so please make sure you like the scent before lighting your candle(s). If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining items. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
